Induction motors are commonly used in many modern buildings and factories for a variety of applications including driving pumps, fans and air-conditioning equipment. Although these motors are inexpensive and highly reliable, unfortunately they are inefficient and consume excessive energy leading to higher charges levied by the electricity authority.

The Hypermizer M is a unique energy saver specifically designed for optimizing energy conservation & efficiency in 3-phase AC induction motors. It trims electricity consumption in kWh, thereby cutting costs & improving profitability.

Soft start 

A controllable soft start that eliminates the need for fluid coupling, electronic soft starters, conventional Star Delta starters. And prolong the life of mechanical linkages. 

Automatic restart by retry functions 

The Hypermizer M offers retry capabilities that restart the unit smoothly when the power is recovered after an instantaneous power failure or switching over from direct supply to Hypermizer M or after any Hypermizer M trips. The number of retries (Max. 10 times) & the acceleration time can be selected according to the application.

Super-low noise, low-vibration, safe operation   

 These are realized by adopting the high-carrier technique & IGBT.   

Reduction of the EMI noise Harmonics)  

The Hypermizer M with the specific EMI filter meets the U.S. FCC & VCCI standards & has no adverse effects on computers.  

Quick response to the impact load  

Hypermizer M has load detection mechanism & microprocessor chip & has a quick response to the load fluctuation.

SUITABLE for all kinds of 3-phase AC induction motors including AHU, Chilled water pumps, Condenser water pumps, Freshwater pumps, Cooling Tower motors, Blower/ Suction/ Exhaust Fans etc. (Chiller Compressor is not included because it is a highly efficient equipment, and it is very difficult & costly to improve on it). 

NOTE : Any power consumer/ application operating at >= 10 hours (per day) and >=.300 days (per annum) and paying >= US$0.089 per kWh (or RM0.35 per kWh) (Optimal: Payback period and ROI will be more attractive).
